Sunday Fireside

Bob and I went to a church fireside last night. It was called "Finding Joy in living the Gospel". Russ Seigenberg, Ph.D. spoke on the art of happiness. He gave us a web sight we can go to, to get a book he wrote for free entitled "Walking in the Light" an LDS self-help book.
