Petroff Christmas Party

December 15 is coming fast! I hope you are all ready to have a good time. I know you will bring your appetites, but don't forget to bring your creativity (and Candy or whaterver) to make our graham cracker houses!

Nutcracker

Nutcracker is over! Christina really enjoyed being in it. Now she is gearing up to be in a new musical "The King and I". She will be dancing again. It will take place the second week in January. She definately keeps me busy! She is taking musical theater in school!

Temple and Talk

Bob was up in Rexburg, Idaho, from Nov. 5-Nov. 10 checking on the progress of the Temple. There is still work to be done, but hopefully they will get it finished by the end of November, so the church can come in and get it ready for the open houses from Dec. 29-Jan 26. On Saturday we met Bob up there and we got the privilege of putting one of the chandiliers and 4 wall sconces together in one of the rooms. Then Bob gave us a tour. It is looking very nice! Then we came home and prepared ourselves to speak in church on Sunday. The Bishopric had given us (Bob, Christina and I) the subject of Tithing to speak on. I feel the talks went well. I have developed a bad head cold and so I was not feeling up to par when giving my talk.
